Light Roast, Single-Origin, Organic Natural or Honey Process
We will always use Natural or Honey Processed coffee beans for our light roast coffees, so that you can really taste the differences in the way the coffee is processed before roasting. Our favorites are some of the high-altitude Ethiopian origins, like Yirgacheffe, Guji, Sidama, Limu and Harar. We also love the Natural and Honey Processed coffees coming from the Caribbean, Central America and South America, such as Haiti. the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Colombia and Brasil.
We aim to bring out the following flavor notes for your light roast:
- Good, clean mouth feel
- Brighter. lighter taste
- Fruity and floral notes
- Often hints of citrus, berries and elderflower
- Sometimes a little nutty, such as cashews or walnuts
